CyBi®-NanoJetFAP
Flexible Assay Processor (FAP)

  • Low volume for reagent cost savings
  • Flexibility for fast optimizing of assays (multiple dose responses)
  • Speed for high throughput screening (HTS)
  • Sophisticated liquid handling for robust and easy handling of cells and beads
The CyBi®-NanoJetFAP is a bulk dispenser with capability to dose up to 16 different types of fluids down to volumes of 50 nL. This takes place with maximum precision and flexibility - each well of a microplate can be filled with different volumes of reagents: Any Liquid - Any Volume - Any Well.
Multiple dose response experiments can be easily performed. The system consists of some technical features which improve instrument handling and longevity include an extra rinsing-channel, an active washing/drying station and an easy to use calibration-wizard for the adaptation of the CyBi®-NanoJetFAP to various liquid classes.
The high flexibility of CyBi®-NanoJetFAP makes the system a perfect match for assay optimization. Assay components can be distributed in various concentrations at any point on the microplate for design of experiments (DoE) applications.
Dispensing from multiple channels simultaneously allows rapid processing for HTS applications. The CyBi®-NanoJetFAP can also dispense cells (sterile) or beads. The patented dosing technology provides excellent precision.  Like with all of CyBio's instruments, the CyBi®-NanoJetFAP adapts to the modular concept and can be easily integrated with CyBio systems.
