The CyBi^®-Well MagneticBead workstation includes all needed accessories. A stacker for plate storage and a heating adapter including temperature controller complete the system. The heating adapter reduces the process time by effectively drying of magnetic beads and can be used to automate lysis or other temperature-dependent steps.
The CyBi^®-Well MagneticBead can be expanded with further accessories and additional devices. The easy integration of e.g. the CyBi^®-Drop for fast reagent dispensing, a plate sealer, a PCR thermocycler and a robotic arm offer the possibility to extend the system for fully automated processes. In addition, the CyBi^®-Well MagneticBead is a flexible liquid handling platform which allows the automation of many different liquid handling tasks. Flexible automation of kits as well as copying, filling and reformatting in 96- and 384-well plates are possible.

The user-friendly software interface, the CyBio^® Composer-Magnetic Bead Studio, is designed to control magnetic bead applications without programming. The software interface includes a method-specific description of the protocol and user-specific information that can be supported by graphics. It intuitively displays the runtime of the method and the remaining time as well as the current program step.
