The automatic time measure function reduces delays during the execution of assays. A scheduling strategy which ensures a constant time interval between consecutive samples minimizes divergent assay results produced by changing concentrations, compound precipitation or crystallization effects and changing temperatures of substances. A prioritized execution reduces the response time for emergency samples.
