How does the Netviewer work?

• It is necessary that you have a service engineer from CyBio on the phone.
• Click on the Netviewer download link.
• You will see the following window with the possibility to download or open the programm. If you download the programm (about 200 kB only)and place it on your desktop, it's more easy for you to establish the next connection. If you don't want to install the programm on your PC you can select the "Run"-option.
  
• After execution of the programm a small window "Netviewer Client Login" appears. Here you have to enter the 6-digit session- number you will receive from our Service engineer.
• Now the connection is established and you can see the screen surface of CyBio's Service engineer. He will tell you the next steps.
