Jena, May 24, 2012 – By a letter dated May 24, 2012, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange accepted the Executive Board’s application to cancel the admission of CyBio AG shares (General Standard; ISIN DE0005412308, WKN 541230) to the regulated market and announced the decision today. The cancellation is effective after August 24, 2012.

From August 25, 2012, CyBio AG shares will no longer be traded in the regulated market on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The over-the-counter quotations of the stock markets in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart are not affected.
