Taking effect on August 24, 2012, the stock listing of CyBio shares listed at the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has expired. The shares of CyBio AG are not admitted to the Regulated Market of any other stock exchange. They are still traded at the stock exchanges of Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart in non-regulated segments (Freiverkehr). However, it cannot be excluded, that the trade in non-regulated segments will also be terminated at the other stock exchanges due to the withdrawal from the listing on the Regulated Market at Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
