They should have a sales team which will be responsible for the canvassing of customers as well as a team of technicians and product specialists to support the customers after purchasing or to present our systems. This team should be capable of solving technical problems or support applications for each instrument e.g. Liquid Handling Automation. Training courses will be offered by CyBio.
