Dispensing heads

Regularly, the CyBi^®-Drop is equipped with 8 channel standard dispensing heads for optimal precision even at 500 nL. Cell dispensing heads are available as accessories, that minimize the cell stress, which otherwise occurs when cells are being dispensed. Using cell dispensing heads, the viability and the physiology of the cells are not affected by the dispensing process (applies to all cells that have been tested so far).

For higher throughput in 384 and 1536 well format, a 16 channel dispensing head is available as an accessory.

Please note, that the specifications of the CyBi^®-Drop and CyBi^®-Drop 3D vary with the use of different dispensing heads.
