The Executive Management Board of CyBio is represented by Mr Udo Werner and Mr Thomas Moore. The board is supported by a dedicated management team at the company headquarter as well as by the managing directors of CyBio affiliated subsidiaries.

Udo Werner
Udo Werner was appointed as member of the Executive Management Board on October 1st, 2009, assuming responsibility for Finance and Logistics. Since January 1st, 2010, he serves the company as CEO. The 1967 born lawyer and Harvard graduate previously held positions as Chief Financial Officer of TechnoTrend AG and Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Management Board at its Dutch parent company TechnoTrend Holding NV. His responsibilities also included corporate strategy, M&A activities, HR and Legal Affairs. Before joining TechnoTrend, Mr. Werner was a consultant at McKinsey & Co., Inc.

Thomas Moore
Thomas Moore was Executive Manager of OPALJENA GmbH (which was the former name of CyBio Instruments GmbH) from 1996 until 2002. From 1991 to 1996 he managed the R&D activities of JENOPTRON GmbH. Since September 2009 Thomas Moore is member of the Executive Management Board of CyBio AG and responsible for Sales and R&D. Mr. Moore has experience in the fields of optics, optoelectronics, lab automation and liquid handling. He is very much acquainted with the HTS-pharmaceutical market and CyBio's customers.

The supervisory board of CyBio AG consists of three statutory members. All members are chosen by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
