The Executive Management Board of CyBio is represented by Mr Thomas Moore. The board is supported by a dedicated management team at the company headquarter as well as by the managing directors of CyBio affiliated subsidiaries.

Thomas Moore
Thomas Moore was Executive Manager of OPALJENA GmbH (which was the former name of CyBio Instruments GmbH) from 1996 until 2002. From 1991 to 1996 he managed the R&D activities of JENOPTRON GmbH. Since September 2009 Thomas Moore is member of the Executive Management Board of CyBio AG and responsible for Sales and R&D. Mr Moore has experience in the fields of optics, optoelectronics, lab automation and liquid handling. He is very much acquainted with the HTS-pharmaceutical market and CyBio's customers.
Since March 27, 2013 Mr Moore represents the company as sole member of the Executive Board.
Supervisory Board
The supervisory board of CyBio AG consists of three statutory members. All members are chosen by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
